Metropolitan Police take delivery of Smartwave AV 3500
(Nov 07).

The demonstration of several Marine Revolution
boats resulted in the MET police ordering
Smartwave AV3500's. The AV3500's will replace
their aging Zodiac inflatable fleet. Key
selling features for the Police are the crafts
stability, handling and durability. The Thames
provides a challenging environment with boats
operating under wharfs, bridges and around
confined waterways.

Marine Revolution sponsors "The long way
round"

Marine Revolution would like to announce
their support for "The Long way round" kayak
expedition. We have been chosen as the
preferred supplier of Kayaks and equipment for
the 2007 fund raising event.
Off the back
of the success of last years' “Great Glen
Charity Paddle”, in aid of the Children's
Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS), where
brothers Keith and Ross Lawrie managed to
raise £15,800...
...A NEW CHALLENGE HAS BEEN SET!!!
During July 2007, the brothers plan to paddle
from Fort William to Inverness again but this
time right round the Scottish coast (705 km /
415 miles) . To do this it will take 15 days
paddling with an average daily rate of 28
miles/day.
The event is heavily supported by Keith's
company 'LifeScan Scotland', part of the
Johnson and Johnson Group,
similar to last year, they have pledged to
match every pound that we collect through
sponsorship. All monies collected, as before,
will go direct to the charity with all
expenses taken from the brothers’ own pockets.
Please visit
their
website for further details or to pledge
your support.
